As a faculty member, you will have the opportunity to drive an innovative educational culture in SB, conceptualising and organising learning events and workshops for fellow colleagues and students, experimenting new ways of teaching and building a learning community. Collaborating with like-minded colleagues, you will share best practices, participate in professional development programs, and continuously enhance your teaching skills to stay at the forefront of entrepreneurial education.

As part of your responsibilities, you will contribute to curriculum development and the delivery of innovative modules, both in online and face-to-face formats. We are seeking candidates who possess entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable, agile, resourceful, innovative, and team players. You will also be involved in administrative work related to teaching and projects.

The appointee must be competent and comfortable to teach in at least 2 of the following subject areas:

• Business Foundational modules such as Marketing, Human Resource or Business Negotiation
• Design Thinking

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities:-

• Support entrepreneurial initiatives which can include branding efforts, outreach initiatives, strategic partnerships, and student development
• Facilitate lessons (face-to-face/online), supervise out-of-classroom learning activities (competitions/ projects/ businesses), create teaching and assessment materials
• Develop curriculum materials and assessments for both Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education and Training (CET) modules relevant to the subject areas.
• Handle administrative work relating to teaching and assigned projects

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:-

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience with proven track records in business, innovation or entrepreneurship
• Relevant qualification in Business or Entrepreneurship
• Strong passion in mentoring students and show genuine concern for their development
• Self-driven, adaptable, resourceful, with excellent time management skills
• A strong team player with good communication skills
• Candidates who possess relevant experience in Design Thinking will have an added advantage
• Prior start-up or entrepreneurial experience, or experience working in start-up, or familiarity with innovation and entrepreneurship eco-system will be viewed favourably

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
