[What the role is]
SIRS is seeking candidates with growth mindset to join our established institute. The lecturer\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include designing and developing curricula and course materials, delivery of course and assessment, course and project supervision and providing course advisory.
[What you will be working on]
- Candidates must have the versatility to develop and train multiple programmes for the retail industry leveraging technology-enabled learning.
- Candidates are also expected to steer and manage developmental initiatives as well as industry collaborations.
- We are keen on candidates with strong Retail & related industry network and experience in implementing e-commerce, omni-commerce retail and/or digital marketing strategies and operations.
- This role requires the selected candidate to have skills in the following areas: adaptive problem solving, relationship building, project management, deep and emerging tech, digital commerce, social media, data analytics and strategic thinking. - Working location: Lifelong Learning Institute (near Paya Lebar MRT Station)
