What the role is:

This position is under the School of Business which offers the Diploma in Accountancy and Finance.

What you will be working on:

• Conduct and deliver lessons to full-time diploma students and part-time adult learners Design, prepare and develop teaching and learning materials as well as to set and mark assessments Support development of accountancy and/or finance related modules, including in Sustainability, Fintech and/or Digitalisation areas Support the school's strategic initiatives through participation in committee work, student developmental activities, events and competitions Plan, develop and conduct customized workshops to adult learners Undertake industry or consultancy projects For Senior Lecturer, additional responsibilities include Lead academic programmes in relevant areas as identified by the School Lead the development, review and enhancement of current and new programmes Drive industry projects and manage a team of lecturers and students to ensure project goals are met and students\' learning is achieved Take on leadership committee roles

What we are looking for:

• Academic training in Accounting or Business Administration related discipline or holders of professional qualification such as CFA, CA, ACCA, ICAEW Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Able to work independently as well as in a team environment Have a passion for developing talents and enjoy working with youths and adult learners Applicants with strong digital skills and/or experience in sustainability reporting or sustainable finance preferably in a hospitality related sector will have an advantage
