What the role is:This position is within the School of Business which offers the Diploma in Accountancy & Finance.What you will be working on:- Conduct lessons and facilitate learning for both full-time diploma students and part-time adult learners - Design and develop high quality curriculum and course materials - Support the school\'s strategic initiatives through participation in committee work, student developmental activities, events and/or competitions - Develop and conduct customized workshops to adult learners - Undertake consultancy projects for companies to support the automation of accounting and finance processes For Senior Lecturer, additional responsibilities may include: - Lead academic programmes in relevant areas as identified by the School - Lead the development, review and enhancement of current and new programmes - Drive industry projects and manage a team of lecturers and students to ensure project goals are met and students\' learning is achieved - Take on leadership committee rolesWhat we are looking for:- Academic training in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration related disciplines or holders of professional qualification such as CFA, CA, ACCA, ICAEW and CIMA - Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - Able to work independently as well as in a team environment - Have a passion for developing talents and enjoy working with youths and adult learners - Demonstrated proficiency in two or more of the following areas: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) / Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management / International Finance / Sustainable Finance / Financial Technology, encompassing digital financial innovations and applicationsAbout Temasek Polytechnic:Established in 1990, Temasek Polytechnic (TP) is a leading institution of high learning nestled by the idyllic shores of Bedok Reservoir in Tampines.
