The Nanyang Business School (NBS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, invites applications for a Lecturer/Senior lecturer position in Operations Management.

Requirements for the lecturer/senior lecturer position:

Applicants should have extensive industry and/or academic experience, a passion for teaching and preferably possess a master\xe2\x80\x99s or a PhD degree in operations management, operations research, supply chain management, or closely related discipline, with the relevant professional qualifications.

Candidates applying for this position should possess a strong track record of teaching excellence at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. They should demonstrate their ability to actively engage students, contribute to curriculum development, and efficiently manage course administration for operations courses. In addition, candidates must exhibit exceptional teaching skills and be willing to collaborate closely with students and course coordinators.

Furthermore, candidates should have the flexibility and expertise to teach a diverse range of courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. As Lecturers and Senior Lecturers, they will also be expected to actively participate in practice-based research and contribute to the development of technology-enabled learning approaches for the courses. Successful candidates will be appointed for an initial three-year term, which is renewable based on performance.

Given our expanding course offerings, we are particularly interested in individuals who are adaptable and willing to acquire new skills to effectively teach newly developed courses.
