A self-starter with an innovative mind in student development, oversee and administer programs that help in overall student development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to teach fundamental subjects such as statistics, quantitative methods, digital marketing in the School of Engineering.
• Plan, manage and execute various projects/events/activities for overall student development.
• Market and publicize student development activities to students / alumni.
• Supervise school activities (e.g. Orientation, CCA, open house, Inter-school events and competitions)
• Plan and manage learning programs (e.g. TP Fundamental subjects, leadership training, guided leaning).
• Teach, facilitate monitor students' learning and other academic duties.
• Promote service learning to incorporate active learning strategies into real-world/industry in our subjects / programs.
• Connect with industry partners and governmental organizations on Education and Career Guidance.
• Conduct training for student leaders as well as for student representatives.
• Maintain relationship between alumni and school.
• Coordinate with various student Interest Groups.
• Connect and collaborate with overseas industry partners and educational institutions to plan and lead overseas trips.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience with prior experiences in academic and student support, preferably in the educational sector or a training institution.
• Strong interest in student development and be able to develop own professional competencies in Teaching & Learning.
• Knowledge in the administration of an educational institute.
• Strong organizational skills and project management experience.
• Eager to work collaboratively in multiple subject and project teams.
