Job Description


What the role is:Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Business Process & Systems Engineering)What you will be working on:

  • To conduct lectures, tutorials, practical and laboratory sessions for full-time and part-time students.
  • To review, design and develop course and subject materials.
  • To create suitable online teaching materials to effectively engage students.
  • To supervise students\' internship and projects.
  • To collaborate with industry in order to enhance students\' learning via field trips and overseas programs.
What we are looking for:
  • Qualification in Industrial Systems Engineering / Engineering & Data Analytics / or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Process Improvements / Quality Management / Productivity Improvements with a good sense of application of Data Analytics / Process Automation. Experience in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Industry 4.0 / Data Analytics / Sustainability Management / Supply Chain Management.
  • Certification in Six Sigma and/or Project Management Professional will be an added advantage.
  • A good team player who works well in cross functional capacities.
  • Good integrative skills for crossing different disciplines of knowledge.
  • Dynamic, versatile and thrives in adaptive and innovative environments.
  • Have a strong desire and affinity to work with young people.
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve deliverables.
