Job Description
What the role is:You will be working in the School of Health & Social Sciences to plan, develop and teach Sociology and/or Psychology modules for Pre-Employment Training (PET) or Continuing Education and Training (CET).What you will be working on:Develop and teach Sociology and/or Psychology modules at diploma and advanced diploma level. Emphasis is placed on applying this knowledge to the healthcare and social service settings.Undertake assigned student mentoring, school promotion, administrative and committee duties.Supervise/Assist with student projects.Accompany students for overseas educational trips.What we are looking for:Applicant must have a relevant qualification in Sociology and/or Psychology with good communication skills, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.About Nanyang Polytechnic:Nanyang Polytechnic is committed to providing quality education and training to prepare our graduates for life and work, equipping them to contribute to the technological, economic and social development of Singapore.
