Job Description
[What the role is]Seeking a passionate and driven candidate to join School of Business Management (SBM) for the delivery of Human Resource Management (HRM) related modules.[What you will be working on]
- To design and deliver diploma level lecturing & tutoring duties for both pre-employment training (PET) and continuing education and training (CET); teaching methods include lectures, tutorials, seminars and E-Learning
- To engage in designing, preparing and developing teaching and learning materials, coordinate & administer the delivery of Human Resource Management (HRM) related modules
- Mentor and guide students in their holistic development
- Plan, coordinate and implement events, seminars immersion trips, alumni and other student activities
- Relevant qualification in Human Resource Management (HRM) in the areas of HR analytics and/or Change Management
- At least 5 year(s) of relevant HRM experience in Singapore
- Candidate should possess relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
management
- HR digital platform
- Change management strategies and methodologies
- Enterprise change management processes, procedures, and mechanisms
