Are you an experienced Legal Administrator looking for a new role in 2023? Our client is a Global Investment Management firm looking to hire a Legal Assistant for their Singapore office.

• Supporting an APAC team based out of Singapore, reporting directly into the Finance lead for the region.
• Supporting the Singapore team who oversee all real estate investments in Asia, your role will be to assist with all legal administrative matters for the business.
• You will be diligent, possess exceptional organisational skills, be detail-oriented and be very responsive in a busy, investment environment.
• A confident communicator, your ability to present your work and ideas with conviction and with an assertive manner is essential owing to the seniority of the team.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in handling corporate secretarial work and/or in legal environment (preferably with some legal background)
• Eye for detail & accuracy
• Service orientated approach to tasks - a \'Can\' attitude
• Flexibility - this is not a 9-5 environment
• Time Management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with tight, short deadlines
• Examples and experience showing own initiative and previous knowledge developing systems and seeking imaginative solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Tact /Confidentiality
• Ability to grasp and interpret legal documents
• Bachelor degree or equivalent (Diploma, Advanced Diploma)
• Relevant qualifications and/or certifications
