Manage cases filed through analysing, reviewing, monitoring and processing documents in accordance with the applicable legislation, rules, practice directions, standard operating procedures and policies.
Draft notices and general correspondence and liaise with lawyers, litigants-in-person and other external agencies to facilitate the efficient disposal of cases.
Compile, organise and maintain accurate and up-to-date case information and statistics on caseload and disposal.
Participate as a team member and be involved in projects that affect the operations of the Legal Directorate.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisors.
Requirements:
Diploma in Legal Studies/Law and Management from a recognised Polytechnic or a good degree from a recognised University. Legal training will be an advantage.
Preferably with at least 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of working experience.
Strong in administrative and organisational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Organised, good with details and meticulous with commitment to deliver high quality work.
Pro-active and able to work independently as well as in a team.
