Role

Kennedys Legal Solutions is looking for a professional to join our Singapore office in the Aviation team. The Aviation team's specialism includes dispute resolution in single and cross border litigation, complex and high value subrogation claims, catastrophic loss, risk management and regulatory matters.


This is a great opportunity for ambitious professionals keen to deal with cross jurisdictional legal analysis which frequently requires consideration of the law and practice of multiple jurisdictions, as well as being part of a collegiate and highly regarded team within a fast growing international law firm.

Recent examples of our work include advising reinsurers on coverage related issues arising out of the Russia/Ukraine leasing crisis, advising reinsurers on subrogations following aircraft ground collisions, advising reinsurers on liability claims arising out of general aviation losses, handling attritional claims in respect of prestigious airline accounts.


Experience of aviation work is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of international work across the Asia-Pacific.

Cases

Insurance/Reinsurance claims and Aviation liability disputes in various jurisdictions Advice on regulatory law Commercial contracts and policy coverage.
