Job Description
CNPLAW LLP (“ CNPLaw ”) is recruiting suitable talent with the right aptitude, skillset and aspirations to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should be:
- Qualified to practise Singapore law and having 1 to 3 years of experience in retail conveyancing and a broad scope of real estate work.
- Must be familiar in handling the full range of private properties transactions (residential and non-residential), loan documentation, mortgage financing and CPF work as panel lawyers. HDB experience not essential but will be an advantage.
- Prepared to take on new challenges including multi-tasking, handling volume work and going beyond conventional approaches in work and client management.
- Loves to think creatively in seeking solutions to work issues. Keen to work independently and able to be a good team player when required.
- Engaging warm personality with good communications skills. Prepared to do business development and give legal presentations at seminars and webinars.
- Must enjoy interacting with our clients and business partners and above all, be service-oriented and client-focused.
