Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Department in providing legal and regulatory advice to business units. Provide Compliance advice and carry out Compliance reporting Assist in the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements for General Insurers Assist in the implementation and continued compliance of the Company's policies Support the Data Protection Officer in ensuring the Company's compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA") & all related matters. Support in Corporate Secretarial duties. Participate in process/system improvement project when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in legal, compliance or regulatory functions within the banking and finance space. * Understand the latest MAS regulations, AML/CFT requirements and PDPA.
