Legal Contracts Manager (construction)

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements in the construction matters.
- Study and advise on possible legal risk and provide mitigation strategies.
- Understand the laws, rulings, and regulations for construction transactions.
- Handle regulatory and compliance-related services and contractual matters.
- Coordinate and work closely with external counsels.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Law (LLB) with a valid practicing certificate.
- At least 5 years law practice specifically in Construction/Contract Law.
- Strong knowledge in different standard forms of contracts (PSSCOC, SIA, LTA, REDAS, FIDIC, NEC).
- Exceptional legal, transactional and management skills.
