Job Description
Our Client:A leading global real estate company who values innovation and quality, while prioritising sustainability.:
- Real Estate and Corporate Investments, Acquisitions and Disposals
- Corporate transactional work - joint ventures, share issuances and buybacks, share acquisitions, restructuring, asset re-organisation
- Fund investments and fund management
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and legal support to the business units in all assigned work areas
- Minimum 8 PQE in local and international legal work (Singapore Bar preferred)
- Law graduate from reputable University
- Real Estate background preferred
