The position will provide legal support for Apple's services, including App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Fitness, Books, News, Podcasts and iCloud, in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Key Qualifications Ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant law firm and/or in-house experience Experience working with Australian, New Zealand and/or South East Asian regulators is a strong plus Experience working in-house for a US company is a plus A hard worker with a positive outlook, ability to focus, and a strong desire to learn new things. Ability to make difficult decisions, break down complex issues, and balance risk with business need. Outstanding written communication skills Interest in working with multiple stakeholders, including engineers, businesspeople, creatives, tax experts, government affairs, and legal colleagues Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Understanding of and broad curiosity about digital entertainment and consumer internet businesses Experience advising clients on complex content and technology related legal issues and regulatory matters strongly preferred Description In this role you'll help Apple's content services teams build global, industry-leading entertainment products and businesses, while responsibly managing legal and regulatory risk. The role will require engagement with both local business teams and international legal colleagues, with the need to establish and hold the trust of colleagues both in region and in the US. Education & Experience Must be qualified to practice as an in-house lawyer in Singapore and an Australian state or territory (or be able to hold such qualifications).
