Job Description
Our client is in the logistics / express industry, one of the market leader.They are looking Legal Counsel to assist to assist them in their next phrase of their business. They are located in East \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible. Duties of Legal Counsel:
- Responsible for internal policies, code of conduct, contract and other legal issues
- Involve in drafting, reviewing, and modifying contracts
- Handle dispute and legal affairs in cooperation with external law firms
- Manage the entire legal department of the Singapore subsidiary
- Fulfil local and international compliance requirements, such as AML and FCPA
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Min Bachelor in law from reputable law school
- Min 7 years of experience in legal and at least 3 years from reputable law firm
