You will also be interacting with a wide range of people from junior to senior management, both within and outside CPF Board, as you provide legal advice and deliver solutions to help CPF members. What you will be working on Join us as a legal counsel to do Advisory & Prosecution Work: . You will be exposed to a diverse spectrum of issues ranging from corporate governance, criminal law, employment law, family law, investigations, regulatory matters under CPF legislation and statutory interpretation. . You will also have an opportunity to be involved in the legal ground work for key policy changes, working as part of a team to help analyse new policies. . You will be involved in the prosecution of various statutory offences under the Central Provident Fund Act (preparing and conducting mentions, pre-trial conferences and trials) and handle legal issues relating to enforcement and investigations. What we are looking for . Degree in Law from a recognised university . Preferably at least 2 years PQE whether in practice or in-house . Prosecution experience preferred. Candidates without prosecution experience will also be considered, as the relevant training will be provided. . Strong analytical and critical thinking skills . Able to write clearly and reason compellingly
