Job Description
Boasting a vibrant and dynamic culture and a prominent player in its field, our client is now recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel who will be part of a fantastic team based in Singapore, advising on a variety of in-house matters. This role offers applicants the opportunity to work closely with senior management on a broad range of legal matters, including investment projects, M&As, JVs, corporate governance, compliance and to oversee a variety of commercial agreements.
Successful applications will possess:
- A recognized degree in law and admission to the Singapore Bar.
- A minimum of 10PQE gained with a top law firm or in-house.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and within multi-functional teams.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
