For this role, candidate should have experience in M&A transactions. Job Requirements

• A good LLB (Honours) or JD degree from a reputable university (local or foreign)
• M&A practice with 5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm
• Experience in telecommunication/technology legal expertise is preferred, but not a must
• Called to the Singapore Bar
• Strong and concise drafting skills, excellent communication abilities and commercial savviness are pre-requisites
• Motivated and self-driven
• Ability to think \'out of the box\', both independently as well as part of a team
