Responsible for managing and administration of all Singapore office payroll services and to ensure its accuracy and compliance in payroll activities.
Responsible for timely tax filing (including but not limited to IR21 and IR8A), CPF submission, all government claims and statutory pay requirements.
Validate all payroll supporting data and documents to be accurate and truthful and ensure all payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system.
Ensure timely data update in payroll systems with accuracy.
Manage payroll related queries from employees.
Provide all payroll related reports to supporting OM.
Ensure employee benefits including claims and reimbursements as per rules and regulations.
Support annual and ad-hoc internal/external payroll audit.
Maintain employee records within the system and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Maternity Coverage -16 weeks from mid March 2023
Job Requirements
Minimum "N" level with at least 2 years of payroll experience
Committed & meticulous.
Hands-on experience with EasyPay
Familiar with Employment Act
Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
Positive and can do attitude and able to work minimal supervision
