Job Description
Responsibilities
:Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and service arrangements. Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. Support dispute resolution and litigation management where required. Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as necessary
Requirements:
Degree in Law and admitted to practice in Singapore . * Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
