Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Manage legal risks for the Singapore company and its branches/subsidiaries.


2. Provide legal advice to functional and business departments.


3. Select and manage external legal counsels and service providers, ensuring reasonable budget control.


4. Provide legal support for overseas projects.


5. Assist in handling dispute resolution matters, including mediation, litigation, and arbitration.


6. Establish and maintain a legal process management system for overseas operations.







Job Requirements:



1. Bachelor's degree or above in Law.


2. Familiar with Company Law, Contract Law, investment transactions, and dispute resolution-related regulations.


3. Experience as a legal counsel in a multinational company is preferred.


4. Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.


5. Ability to independently analyze legal issues and provide practical solutions.


6. Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
