Legal Counsel (west/ Construction)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review documents and render legal advice
- Conduct or assist in negotiation of contracts
- Draft contracts and other legal documents
- Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants as well as oversee the progress of their work
- Coordinate with and advise other internal user departments on legal matters
- Provide legal advice and support to the group of companies on a broad range of commercial issues
- Handle the setting up of associates, subsidiaries, branches and project offices as well as the closing or liquidation
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
- Degree in Law
- 4 to 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical, pro-active and independent
- Willing to travel when required
