Legal OfficerResponsibilities:Shall be responsible for monitoring and/or advising on all legal mattersShall commercial contracts, and agreements.The Legal Officer shall also ensure the company complies with the statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines as observed in the financial services industry.Ensures that all clients subject for remedial will be follow-up for collection of payment Send notices to delinquent clients and take necessary legal action in case of client's non-complianceRequirements:Graduate of AB Political-Science, Legal Management or Law is preferredWith 2-3 years relevant experience from lending or financial companyCan start ASAPJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
