Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Law, Political Science or Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources or related field required.
Preferably with at-least 1 Experienced Employees specializing in Law/Legal Services/Paralegal / Legal Assistant or equivalent is required for this position.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of Labor Law/Philippine law and disciplinary procedures
Proficiency in both written and oral communication (including narrative text, news releases, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies with the guidance of the legal Lawyer.
Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
With experience in drafting and filing pleadings, and attending hearings.
