Provide full administrative and secretarial assistance to partners.
Manage diaries, fix appointments, arrange meetings, teleconferences and coordinate marketing events and complete travel arrangement.
Monitor mailboxes, route emails, update fee earners attendance and location
Prepare, amend, formatting legal documents, transaction bibles and billings
Coordinate BD and marketing, AML legal research and client liaison initiatives
Perform administrative duties
Prepare reports as required by management
Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Compare Docs, Carpe Diem, InterAction is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
