Providing secretarial support to a team of lawyers
Heavy document management/edits
Handling daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling and travel arrangements
Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
Preserving the confidentiality of firm and client protected information
Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
Job requirements:
2 to 3
years of legal secretarial experience in local or offshore law firms and able to pick up things quickly
Excellent word processing skills especially with table of contents, mark up/black-lining/track changes
Adept at handling travel management
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Good command of English and communication skills
Is proactive, able to work indepedently and as a team player
Meticulous and has a good eye for details
Good organisational skills, able to multi-task and to work on own initiatives to anticipate future needs
