Job Responsibilities: Provide secretarial support to Senior Partner of the firm Create and maintain case files Draft emails and correspondence Prepare conveyancing, legal and court documents (training will be provided if needed) Attend to clients and phone calls Carry out administrative duties Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred Minimum good O Levels results Proficient in Microsoft Office Good command in written and spoken English Good working attitude Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients Meticulous and good team player
