Payment arrangement Accounting data processing Billing processing Tax filing preparation Office procurements Human Resource management Basic IT support
Assist coordination with local law firms

-Legal Secretary Work

Providing administrative supports including claims, searches, billing, keeping deadlines and attending to general queries

Assist Lawyers’ business development activities

Translate/proofread first draft of documents to ease Lawyers’ workload

Arranging and managing external and internal meetings

Assist Lawyers in liaising with Japan office

【Requirements】

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree

  • Liaising with Japan office regarding administrative/secretarial issues and translation of drafts of legal documents require advanced proficiency in both Japanese (JLPT N1 and above) and English (Business level).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)

  • Responsible, meticulous, possess initiative and able to work without supervision.
