Our Client, a Leading law firm is seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary for their growing practices across various areas.

Location: Central Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of lawyers in administrative functions
  • Preparing legal documents
  • Audio and copy typing of emails, letters, faxes and correspondence as requested
  • Manage the outlook calendars and diaries aside travel schedule
  • Organise internal and external meetings, conference calls and video links, whenever required
  • Liaise with clients and guests in a professional manner on the telephone and via written correspondence
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business studies or related field of discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
