Role Location: Singapore
Role Type: Full Time, 12 Months Fixed Term Contract, Multiple Vacancies

As a Lending Operations Senior Officer you will be responsible to assist the Client Documentation Manager & Credit Admin Manager for Documentation and Credit Admin activities. You will provide consistent and professional services to internal and external clients (i.e. Relationship Manager and other relevant stakeholders), interact with customers/agents and co-ordinate among the Hub and/or in-country teams to deliver loan fulfillment and life cycle management services and support the team on other global/regional initiatives as and when required.

Your areas of responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Prepare loan documentation in line with credit approvals
  • Re-document facility documents into new revised template
  • Facilitate limit loading and maintain internal processes/guidelines/policies
  • Loan Drawdown/ Renewal/ Repayment Preparation, processing and maintenance of documentation relating to Loan drawdown.
  • Collect all required Loan drawdown documents from customers/ following up docs and monitoring for completeness of on-going contractual/non-contractual obligations.
  • Consistently meet targets in terms of quality and accuracy to ensure that requests/transactions are actioned within SLAs
  • Processing of data and documents as instructed within the Lending Ops including preparation of Drawdown and SWIFT messages.
  • Maintenance and Update of customer limit records in required platforms.
  • Respond to enquiries regarding the status on processing and handle general enquiry from customers.
  • Accountability for Risk and Compliance
  • Take initiative to identify potential process or services improvements
  • Fee Collection and Maintenance: Maintenance fee records with EUDT tool, issuing fee letter a& monitoring the fees received in Ledger account. Month-end fee posting to P/L account.
  • Participate and facilitate the projects which assigned by the management.
About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • Tertiary qualification preferred
  • Strong relevant working experience in credit facilities documentation and operations functions in banks
  • Good understanding of the banking industry and operation flow of banks
  • Ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner and interface with relevant stakeholders (i.e. RMs/Credit Risk/Legal)
  • Attentive to details and exercise business sense
  • Demonstrate operational mindset and always strive to enhance efficiency of operational flow
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational and co-ordinations skills
  • Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
