Description

Reporting directly to the Team Lead of the Loan Operations team, your key responsibilities would include:

• Reviewing legal documentations for bilateral & syndicated credit facilities and facility letters and ensuring that the terms & conditions are in line with credit approvals

• Accurately interpret the credit agreements in determining allowance of requested transactions

• Ensuring that loan credit facility limits and all conditions are met before loan disbursement

• Perform all aspect of loan drawdowns, rollovers and collection of principal repayments and interest payments

• Prepare swift payments for loan disbursements

• Issuance of Banker Guarantees / SBLCs

• Prepare local regulatory reports

Profile

To succeed in this role, you should ideally possess the following:

• Degree in Business, Finance or relevant disciplines

• More than 5 years of working experience in handling credit documents and loan administration

• Experience in Trade Finance Operations and understanding of letter of credits

• Able to interact well with front office teams such as RMs
