An Lending Services, Assistant Manager job has just become available at a reputable financial services firm based in Singapore. In this role, you will be directly reporting to the Director, Lending Services, APAC. About the Lending Services, Assistant Manager Role:
In this role, you will be supporting the global GWO Lending Services BASS (Business Administration Support and Solutions) team, support Asia-Pacific (APAC) Loan Operations ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives, specific individual goals are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, standard procedures and global operating model. Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal business and technology teams, Loan IQ vendor (Finastra) support teams for all user issue resolution
• As the Business Administration Support and Solutions APAC member, represent product governance of loan IQ loan system and the global operating model
• Demonstrate in-depth Loan IQ system knowledge/experience, maintain updated corporate lending business knowledge, solid understanding of GWO Lending Services business goals, and how that aligns in strategic plans and initiatives
• Support troubleshooting, testing, system change/upgrade planning and deployment
• Understand the firm\'s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct
• Stakeholders management, including Finance, Credit administration, Operations Change, Technology and Operations
• Solve diverse problems where analysis requires understanding multiple sources of information and evaluation of several factors
• Coach the team(s) to execute against cascaded operational objectives
• Take ownership of Loan IQ work streams, including coordinating multiple information sources and contributing to support decision making, drawing insights to structure possible solutions, developing recommendations based on options identified, leading process execution, ensuring standards and service level agreements are met (exception handling, risk management)

To succeed in this Assistant Manager, Lending Services, APAC role, you will have extensive experience in supporting the successful operations of Loan IQ loan system through a \xe2\x80\x9cfollow the sun\xe2\x80\x9d managed services support model. The right candidate will also possess working experiences in systems migration, either in or out of the Singapore region. Key Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in the finance field
• At least seven years of relevant industry experience, having systems migration and LoanIQ systems workflow improvement experiences within any financial institutions
• Solid knowledge and experience with Finastra\xe2\x80\x99s Loan IQ loan system
• Knowledge of other loan systems, payment and ledger, cash reconciliation bank systems is also strongly preferred
• Experience supporting loan processing, covering both the diverse range of customers/types of loans
• Candidates requiring work sponsorship in Singapore need not apply
