Job Description
Well established European Bank looking for talents in Leveraged Finance in Credit Risk Management.Your Company:European Bank based in Singapore.Responsibilities:
- Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk evaluations for corporate and leveraged loans across Asia and Australia.
- Underwriting Oversight: Manage underwriting procedures, focusing on risk evaluation, historical performance analysis, collateral, and legal structures.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate workflows with various teams (Rating, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Operations) throughout the underwriting and portfolio management process.
- Risk-Return Analysis: Evaluate transactions based on risk-return metrics and present proposals to the business.
- Credit Application Preparation: Prepare credit applications, including due diligence, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and negotiation of commercial and financing agreements.
- Post-Approval Management: Oversee post-approval activities, such as closing, disbursement, portfolio monitoring, and handling requests for consents, waivers, and amendments.
- 5-7 years of credit experiences within leveraged finance.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field, preferably with a finance-focused postgraduate degree or professional qualification.
- Proven ability to identify and assess risks in transactions and evaluate risk mitigation strategies.
