Job Description

I. PRIMARY PURPOSE:The Liaison Staff /PR Assistant will help to maintain the affirmative relationships between the JV management andits clients. As an entry level Liaison Staff /PR Assistant t will support the PR Department with the day-to-day functionsincluding with dealing with the clients such as arranging meetings, talk with the communities forthe dealership and other responsibilities in related with communication and media relations.II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.) Manage calendars (editorial, press conferences, events etc.)2.) Suggest innovative ideas in brainstorming sessions3.) Provide assistance to organization and execution of different events4.) Draft and design different type of PR content (for example media announcements, newsletters andspeeches)5.) Edit and proofread press releases, videos and presentations6.) Build and maintain long-term relations with clients, media, local politicians, vendors etc.7.) Examine and document media coverage and track relevant PR metrics8.) Maintain contact databases and mailing lists with updates9.) Create project-specific media lists to support PR team10.) Responsible for the press clip archive and scanning of materials for periodical reports1.) Perform a variety of different administrative tasks such as arranging the meeting between the client and management, do the necessary documents for the meeting including the Minutes of the meeting (MOM)I. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND CAREER

  • Experience in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge in creating and designing the Company Website.
  • Previous working experience as PR Public Relations Assistant for at least 2 years
  • Bachelors' degree in Public Relations, Mass communication, Business Administration,Marketing
or similar relevant field.KEY SKILLS
  • In-depth knowledge of PR and marketing process and best practices
  • Passion for the PR industry and its best practices
  • Familiarity with video production
  • Applicable knowledge of copywriting and editing
  • Experience with social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
  • Attention to details
Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
