& Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the Library
  • Plan, develop and implement library policies and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Provide the relevant management reports on library usage or transaction statistics
  • Manage the Library Management System
  • Perform library counter duties and manage the library loan services
  • Manage the inter-library loans and document delivery to support the Authority\'s information needs
  • Liaise with relevant Divisions on facilities management, IT and security matters
  • Answer inquiries received from all channels
  • Information and references services, including specialist research assistance
Job Requirements:
  • A recognized degree (in any discipline)
  • A postgraduate qualification in library and information management is preferred
  • At least 3 years experience in managing libraries of similar capacity
  • Experience in managing a law library is preferred
Salary Range

$6,000 - $6,500
