Compounding and dispensing medications, as prescribed by physicians. Advising interventions, and informing customers of any potential side effects of the medicine. Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications. Conducting health and wellness screenings. Responsible to keep updated records of prescriptions, collecting prescription, keeping records of senior citizens and PWDs patients records and discounts given, keeping prescription records and book references updated. Keeping accurate customer records. Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy's inventory. Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice of FDA. Counter check the accuracy count of PA's received items. Counter check the PA's near expiry medicines and other items report. Submit reports to Head Office regularly and conduct proper coordination to the management before the implementation of any action. Performing other administrative tasks when needed such as reports for sales, expiry, received items, etc. Complete supervision of the drugstore such as monitoring of orderliness, cleanliness, safety and security of the drugstore. Other tasks to be assigned from time to time. The pharmacist is in charge of maintaining good group team work practice in their work place in all times by leading the PA's, guiding them in proper dispensing, imparting her knowledge especially in pharmacological use of medicines to her PA for proper customer/patient care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduateSalary: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
