4+ years of Insurance/Financial Industry experience.
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
Responsible to develop/deliver engineering deliverables for Products Sales, Customer acquisition and Servicing solutions that includes Core Applications (Life Asia), CCM Solutions, Underwriting Engines, Workflow, Middleware Integration with Front End/Mobile applications etc.
Work closely with Business Product Owners, Tech-Delivery- Leads and other technical team members to define the technical design for Product Launches, Post launch product features build, Enhancements and other new project initiatives
Involved in business discussions to work on system gaps and new enhancements.
Analysing requirements and estimations.
Enhance the system as per business requirement.
Analyze the existing system to give better solutions for improve the process flow.
Prepare the technical Spec and User spec for better understanding.
