About the role:

As a Lifecycle Marketing Associate, you will be part of Aspire\'s Marketing Engagement Team. The Lifecycle Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention throughout the customer journey.

This role will require a deep understanding of customer behaviour and the ability to identify key touchpoints in the customer journey. If you are an analytical marketer with confident communication skills to help drive Aspire\'s product adoption and subscription revenues, this role\'s for you!

What will you be doing?

  • Create delightful customer experience by developing customer communication journeys for new user onboarding, existing customer engagement and customer upsell opportunities.
  • Implement and optimise Aspire\'s subscription plans to drive subscription adoption and revenues.
  • Work closely with Product team to craft sharp in-app product copies for new and existing features.
  • Implement customer communication through various channels such as email, push notifications and in-app banners using our marketing CRM system.
  • Oversee customer conversion metrics from activation to retention.
  • Collect insights and tailor messaging to customer segments.
  • Collaborating cross-function to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business commercial goals
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
  • Experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B startup space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Customer.io, Hubspot, Salesforce is a plus
  • Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse and evolving environment
  • A deep understanding of Aspire\'s product features and customer behaviour to develop personalized marketing communications
  • A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications related
