Opening June 2023, Pan Pacific Orchard presents the pinnacle of design by award-winning WOHA, located in Singapore\'s prime district Orchard Road. The 23-floor destination hotel redefines the city\'s landscape with four themed open-air terraces of distinctive design concepts - Forest, Beach, Garden and Cloud. Nestled amidst the Forest Terrace is new signature restaurant Mosella, which will introduce a sharing concept of Mediterranean cuisine with a refreshing Peruvian twist. The Beach Terrace will bring a resort-like experience to the heart of the city, and above, the Garden Terrace will be home to Florette, the Champagne & Oysters specialty bar. At the highest levels of the Cloud Terrace, level 18 will house Orchard\xe2\x80\x99s highest pillarless ballroom, Claymore Ballroom. The Role

Be part of the pre-opening team of PAN PACIFIC ORCHARD SINGAPORE to redefine the city\'s landscape. The Lifestyle Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and financial performance of our SPA and also oversees the operation of our Gym. Together with his team, other than taking exceptional care of the wellness needs of our guests at these facilities, he/she ensure that all guests are well communicated on our treatment offerings and packages, retail products and fitness facility.
Our expectations

• Responsible for the smooth coordination and the overall guest satisfaction in the SPA and Gym
• Meet potential guests in a professional and friendly way, carrying out consultations when necessary
• Conduct tours of the SPA and Gym to new guests
• Deal with guest request and personally manage complaints and providing vital information to the Management for the purpose of improving guests\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction.
• Build good, professional relationships with all guests and deal with any queries with the objective of offering guest a holistic service
• Formulate and provide optimum service through staff training, coaching, feedback and ensuring staffing level
  
• Monitor and assist Associates in advising and closing sales of packages and retail products; upselling whenever opportunity is presented
• Coordination of workshops and any other events associated with the SPA, Gym and the Hotel
• Initiate maintenance of the facilities and equipment of the SPA and Gym. Work closely with Engineering and/or vendor to ensure preventive maintenance is performed for optimum functionality of SPA and Gym
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager to prepare the annual operating budget; ensure close monitoring and control of expenses
• Prepare and submit Package Treatment and Retail Product sales report to the Management daily, weekly and monthly
• Oversee the team and is responsible for recruitment, work scheduling, deployment, performance management, communication, retention and development.

Talent Profile

We are looking for a current SPA Manager with at least 5 years of relevant experience. He/She should have strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. His/Her good understanding of the SPA Industry and networking skills will also help us remain competitive in this business. You should have an eye for detail and be someone who puts the needs of our guests above all; striking whenever the opportunity is presented to make a lasting impression.
