S$3,500 - S$5,500/month (commensurate with experience and technical assessment)

About the Role

As a Lift Engineer focusing on annual inspections, you will play a key role in ensuring elevator system safety and compliance. You will plan and execute inspection programs, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate across multiple sites to maintain high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct annual lift inspections, including Full Load and Brake Tests, in compliance with local regulations Develop, update, and implement inspection procedures and testing standards Coordinate inspection schedules and manage manpower deployment across islandwide sites Liaise with clients and internal teams to confirm schedules and resolve on-site challenges Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and recommend corrective actions Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain documentation for audits Contribute to the refinement of SOPs and promote best practices within the team

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline Minimum 3 years' experience in lift inspections or lift engineering at an engineer level Strong understanding of local lift inspection regulations and standards Solid employment track record with excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Technical troubleshooting, fault analysis, scheduling, and manpower planning skills
