Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct statutory lift tests such as Full Load, Brake Tests, and safety device checks
Supervise modernization, upgrading, and technical inspections to ensure compliance with standards
Develop and refine testing procedures, SOPs, and documentation practices
Coordinate inspection schedules, manpower deployment, and site progress reporting
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues identified during inspections and recommend solutions
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to resolve technical and compliance-related issues
Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain proper records for audits and compliance
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline
Minimum 3 years' experience in lift inspections, testing, or lift engineering at engineer level
Strong knowledge of lift systems, safety testing standards, and local regulations
Proven ability in troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance reporting
Solid communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
