Job Description

Position Summary:

• Working Hours: Officially from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (may include shifts and overtime)
• Allowances: Transportation, Laundry, Shift, and Overtime
• Annual Leave: 14 days
• Medical Benefits:

• Outpatient Care for Self: Unlimited (under panel clinic)
• Flexible Medical Benefits: Up to SGD 300 per annum, covering non-panel dental, health screening, optical, and dependent claims (for spouse and children)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on elevators, escalators, and mechanical parking systems. This includes tasks such as checking, oiling, greasing, mechanical adjustments, troubleshooting, testing safety devices, inspections, and recommending and replacing parts in accordance with local codes of practice.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) procedures.
• Respond to breakdown maintenance calls at various job sites.
• Support the Service Operations Team to achieve departmental objectives, including service sales targets and maintaining service quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Higher Nitec, or Nitec in Vertical Transportation, Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing and maintaining elevators and escalators.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• A team player who is adaptable and agile.
