JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and monitor the lifts in the Town * Carry out maintenance and testing of lifts (in compliance with statutory requirements) * Work with lift Maintenance Companies JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and monitor the lifts in the Town Carry out maintenance and testing of lifts (in compliance with statutory requirements) Work with lift Maintenance Companies and related vendors Handle, test, service, and repair CCTV equipment. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 year of working experience: Must be able to travel, preferably has your own vehicle (Transport allowance is provided) Meticulous and excellent communication skills.
