Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment Maintain a leadership role in all aspects of risk management. Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with our safety program and focused on providing a safe work environment Plan, evaluate and improve the efficiency of department processes and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency Schedule routine and preventive maintenance as needed. Establish and maintain a work order system to fulfil repair requests Prepare and deliver technical presentations Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product specification Attend site and technical meetings with project team for smooth operation Work on after-sales support services and providing Technician's help Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Experienced in Lift, Escalator and Elevators Maintenance activities and contract management is a MUST Only Singaporean and PR may apply Other Information: Location: UBI Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Alternate Saturday) .
