Be responsible for managing day to day lifting operations for the project.
Plan, organize, supervise and liaise closely with sub-contractors and operation teams on all ongoing lifting activities.
Writing of Method Statement and Risk Assessment for all lifting activities.
Prepare of lifting plans and lifting permits.
To coordinate and oversee all lifting operation within the work site ensuring compliance with WSH Regulations & project’s HSE procedures.
To conduct & record daily briefing with the hoisting crew (include the operators)
To verify all lifting plans to ensure lifting operation will be carried out safely
Conduct routine checks and inspections of works on site to ensure compliance with authorities' and client’s requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
LTA working experience
Minimum 3 years site experience and has attended MOM approved lifting supervisor course to oversee the activities of the various lifting supervisors on site.
Preferably possess 'Lifting Operations Course' conducted by the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES), or equivalent
