Standard Cake production in Gobi’s Central kitchen
• Cake format: Sheet / Round / Square
• Types of cake: Butter Cake, Pound Cake, Sponge Cake, Genoise Cake, Biscuit Cake, Angel Food Cake, Chiffon Cake, Baked Flourless Cake
Custom pastry production:
• Donut, bread, macarons, cupcakes, chocolate petites, red eggs
