Job Description
Are you an experienced Linux Engineer who is technically strong in Linux based systems and has experience in IaC/DevOps practices? Our client, a FinTech company, who runs leading edge financial exchanges around the world is looking for a Senior Linux Engineer to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Supporting, monitoring and ensure reliability of the organisation\'s ultra low latency trading platform
- Provisioning physical, virtual and cloud infrastructure for a wide range of requirements
- Puppet development and testing in a continuous deployment process
- Automating processes to increase velocity of the team
- Strong Linux skills, experience in building, configuring, monitoring and automating on Linux based systems
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code practices and tooling in a DevOps culture (Terraform, Ansible)
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash)
- Experience in monitoring tools such as Prometheus/Grafana, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS is a plus
